• JasX Survey 2026 Part 2/2

Alright, let’s get onto the more silly questions, and the all-favorite fetish requests. Starting with:

If you got to pick one non-sex game to receive the JasX sex game treatment, which one would it be, and what would you name it?

Got a lot of good suggestions here, let’s start with the most popular ones:

    • Darkest Dungeon (3 votes). Suggested titles: Lewdest Dungeon, Lewdest Lair
    • Pokemon (3 votes). No suggested titles (weak).
    • Dead by Daylight (3 votes). Suggested titles: “Bred by Daylight”, “Sex during daylight”, “Dicked by dawn”.
    • Chess (2 votes). Suggested title: “Chests”
    • Golf (2 votes). I think you’ve confused this survey with the Satisfactory feedback site.
    • Amogus (2 votes). Suggested title: “Among Lust”
    • Mario Party (2 votes). Suggested title “Sex party”
    • Dodgeball (2 votes). Suggested titles: “Dildo Dodge”, “Ball slingers”.
    • Stardew Valley (2 votes). Suggested titles: “Cum Farm”.
Note: Check out KoboldKare on steam, you might like it.
    • Observation Duty (2 votes): Suggested title: “I’m on OwObservation duty”.
    • REPO (2 votes): Suggested titles: “Thong Collectors”, “S.E.X.P.O”

    And here’s a few I found funny:

    • Monster Hunter: Erect
Judging by the fetish section this would be wildly popular.
    • make a bare phone game
I totally should, as an out of season aprils fool.
    • EverQuest, WoW, FF14, any MMORPG personally
Just casually gonna drop that I’m maintaining a small slightly lewdified EQ-emulator server. You can find it in the JasX discord.
    • Deep Rock Galactic > Drill & Thrill
I like how you didn’t go for the obvious “Deep Cock Galactic”
    • Powerwash Simulator…

I’m kinda surprised no one requested minecraft.

    Next question:

I’ve been toying with this idea for a while. I think it’d be fun to make a little contest. Maybe you get a month to do a 1-5 min video involving any JasX game you’d like. 32 responders said they were interested, so I’ll definitely look into this. We could do two categories: Funniest and Best in Show. With funny being the funniest video, and Best in Show being based on production quality and story. The winners could receive a L$ cash prize and all participants could receive some JXC.

Leave a comment in the discord or the JasX group on SL if you have any suggestions!

    Let’s continue:

    Snep just barely defeated Wah!

Addressing the Elephant in the Room

    Let’s talk about AI.

I’d like to go through some of the comments received on the survey and give my 2 cents (not like it matters much).

    • It’s not going away and it saves a lot of time if the asset is what you needed, especially if the ai asset isn’t being monetized.
Resonates with me. In my mind the best outcome is if fully AI generated assets end up with a default public domain license.
    • As long as AI images are not made to be thought to be real, I don’t see the problem
Totally agree with this too. You shouldn’t mislead people into thinking that your AI content was made by someone else.
    • They’re fine to use I just don’t like people claiming it requires a special skill to generate images
Depends on how deep you want to go. Hopping on a mainstream platform and asking it to generate an image is very low effort. Doing something like creating game assets where the images are made “reactive” takes a lot more time. The images used in FQ consist of about 50% time spent in photoshop, and 50% in stable diffusion inpaint (redraw sections of images with different prompts). Each FQ character takes somewhere between 4 and 10 hours to do.
    • It’s fine for private non-commercial use, but you don’t get to take credit and you definitely don’t get to sell.
I agree with this too, at least for direct prompt to asset pipelines. As for as collage purposes (using the asset as a small part of a greater whole). Let’s take generating samples to mix together in a full song as an example, or generating sound effects for a game. That to me has artistic merit. Not in the generation of the assets, but in the combination and presentation of them. Musical artists have been sampling since forever.
    • I’m not a big fan of the carbon footprint of AI media generation. Text is fine to me, but media is very intensive.
In my experience, the opposite is true, but I may be wrong. At least for running your own LLM vs something like stable diffusion. Generating decent text has significantly higher system requirements than decent images.
    • you are confining yourself to whatever the algorithm has regurgitated for you, and lose the beauty of human expression in the process
Totally agree with this. I don’t think that art for the sake of art is ever at risk of being replaced by AI. The types of art that will be hit the hardest is art-as-a-product. Such as advertising and smut. Anecdotally none of my artist friends have complained about losing out on commissions, their slots usually fill up as soon as they open. I still commission art, because if I want to get a piece with a friend, it’s a lot more impactful to get it from a real artist instead of a machine.
    • I like what the images can produce but dont care for how models are trained.
      Fair
    • They are obvious, but also they’re already here. They can be good, they can be bad. Mostly depends on who uses it.
    • Screw AI for creating the current RAM shortages. Fuck you Altman!
Preach! I’ve been wanting to get more RAM for the JasX server, but there’s no way I’m paying these prices.

As far as AI use in JasX goes, the following is my stance. You may disagree with it, but I figured it’d be better to be clear about my stance:

    • I’m going to be using AI generated content.
    • Said content will be generated using open source tools (such as stable diffusion, stable audio, and open LLM models).
    • I do not support proprietary AI. No money will be spent on OpenAI or similar companies.
    • Very little of said content will be used “as is”, most of it will be heavily modified.
    • ALL AI generated content will be released under Creative Commons 0. You can do whatever you want with it.
    • I’m not going to pass off assets as if they were made by an actual artist.

Hopefully that clarifies my stance and use of AI in JasX games.

Next year I’d like to be a bit more specific on the questions to not just be about images.

    Anyhow. Let’s continue!

Had to put the TiS 2 question there after the big HL3 troll that was the game awards.

Time for fetish requests. As usual, I’ll post the most requested (and funniest) fetishes and whether I may add it officially, or if you’ll have to mod that in yourself. It’d be funny to go back to the start of these surveys at some point to see how my fetishes have changed. Corruption of Jas basically.

    • Knots!
      Sure, why knot?
    • Chastity, edging, denial
If I can figure out a good way of doing it, I may. The toughest part is working it into gameplay.
    • We still need handholding!!!!
    • More pregnancy themed games please <3
Not my jam, but leaving this here for modders!
    • hypnosis/mind control
      You know it!
    • bukkake
      Sure why not?
    • Being hugged by someone twice my size and told that everything will be okay

‘Tis ok, it’s what we all need.
    • Forced Gender bending
I like it, it’s just clunky to implement!
    • Sounding, cock fucking, ball busting, castration
      That escalated quickly.
    • Do 👏 more 👏 facesitting 👏 coward 👏👏👏
      Fine, geez.
    • Fluid dynamics, indirect insemination
Interesting. I think that’s the first time we’ve encountered this in a survey.
    • Swiiiiiiiimsuits.
      That’s a hell yes.
    • Outside of the usual vore culprits like Oral Vore and/or Cock Vore, I’d like to see some essence drain stuff too, succubus drains!
Essence drain is easy enough to implement. The rest not so much.
    • Possession, lots of tittyfuckin’
      That’s a yes!
    • DYI Worker
Someone’s gonna have to explain this one to me.
    • More penis sucking tentacles, machines, robots
Difficult to do on SL. Not as difficult in other games.
    • Subtype of Bondage where you have a job / Casual lifestyle gameplay but there’s Free Use elements on top
      Interesting idea.
    • The Quest for the lost chastity-key
      Hmmm.
    • gangbang
Definitely. There’s a few monsters in GoThongs that team up on you now!
    • Corruption could be a good fetish to add. Maybe there is a game with struggling or resistance, but the more times you are fucked the more you are corrupted and you can’t resist or just outright submit when caught.
Could definitely be fun in a future game. Though I’m not sure how that would work in existing games. Something for modders?
    • Gynomorphs/Futanari/Intersex.
Not my cup of tea, but I respect that people are into it. Definitely something for modders!
    • belly buldges, cumflation
Belly bulges are fun, but difficult to implement.
    • Snake coiling, hypnosis :3
Hypnosis is fun (and relatively easy). Snake coiling will be something for modders.
    • Cum marking, cock warming
We’ll have to bring back foxie fluffs.
    • I mean tf but not sure how you’d manage that
Shouldn’t be too hard to mod in. But not officially since it’d require way too much user setup.
    • Teratophillia(Monster Fucking!)
I mean that’s almost all my games so…
    • my make a wish foundation selection is cumflation, but i’ll be dead in 6 months so jas wont make it in time 🙁
      RIP
    • slavery, there is a mission with the gnolls in gothongs where they imprison you and you must obey them, I really liked that concept
It’s indeed a fun game concept I’m not averse to.
    • Mechanical/Robots
      Absolutely!
    • Wonderbread
    • my fetish is catfight/sexfight.
That’s half my games so, yeah that’s not going anywhere.
    • Shibari
Fun, but hard to add for all players. Easy enough to mod in for your own avatar though.

And that’s the survey for this year! If you have any questions you can (as usual) drop them in the SL JasX group or on discord.

Finally I’d like to do a little round up of stuff done last year:

    • January: The JasX server was moved to be self hosted. We have dedicated and beefier hardware for all JasX projects to be collected in one place.
    • February: jasx.org now has a CDN for logged in users. Basically a file upload service. The main goal of the CDN is to allow hosting for FQ mods, characters etc. But you can use it for whatever you want, since hotlinking is allowed. Every user gets 1GB (for now).
Note: Don’t use this for sensitive data, or illegal items. Use the service at your own risk. If you want to host videos, use https://dangly.parts instead.
    • February: The blog where you’re reading this was created. The main purpose of having a blog on the site is because Patreon (which was used as the JasX blog before) doesn’t like public adult content. Also Visa/Mastercard/Paypal don’t like adult content, so for safety reasons it’s better to post everything here and just have the patreon as an option for those wanting to support any of my open source projects!
    • March: sTag support for the JasX HUD. Last year we developed a standard for tagging avatars in SL (since scripts can now scan your non-HUD attachments). This allows NPCs and such to see some metadata about your avatar and react to it. The metadata includes things like outfit, species, length, muscle tone, and genitals. In the JasX HUD it mainly means that the HUD can read your worn avatar’s tags, and update your sex and species settings automatically.
    • May: FetishQuest Jiggle update
Adds jiggle physics, new soundtracks, character expressions, and system updates for FQ.
    • July: As part of the Stop Killing Games initiative, we decided to further clarify the licensing of JasX games. This basically means putting tags on the store page if a game is X-rated, an SL game, a live service license, an open source server, an open source client.
    • December: Phasmophilia is released. After 6 years in development, hopefully it will have been worth the weight.

    Plans for this year:

Take these with a grain of salt, since some times life just kicks you in the nuts (in a non-sexy way), which I experienced firsthand in 2024. Note that these are also currently only works in progress, and that scopes may change.

    • FQ: A systems update will be out soon. Including features like
      – Mesh and material import.
      – A new male Wah player template.
      – New developer tools.
      – More music.
      – Voiceover support.
      – Updated NPC images.
      – Ability to hook an LLM directly to the FQ dev tools.
      – Splatmap textures.
      – A built in land 3d editor.
      – And bug fixes.
    • GoThongs: A new content update.
    • New mini game: Schlop. A small roguelike browser based card game (with emphasis on small, average playthrough will be 5-15 min). Check out the channel in the JasX discord!
    • VibHub: New boards will be arriving next week, hopefully they’ll work well enough to get some dev kits out to users.

A final note for me personally (Jas) is that with Phasmophilia being completed, I’m finally free to start going through the commission wait list for the first time in years!

So it may be a strange year for content!

  • JasX Survey 2026 Part 1/2

Another year, another survey! 123 responses this year. Let’s go through them!

Props to the one person who said “None”, some times you gotta do what you gotta do.

Got any feature requests any of the JasX games?

Note: I don’t maintain all JasX games anymore, but I’ll answer as good as I can. Also some of the feedback will be put for modders. Even if I won’t add specific content myself, all games from GoThongs and beyond are extremely moddable! Also note that any fetish requests here will go in the dedicated fetish section later.

    GoThongs

    • Endgame like prestiging a thong (reset it for small cumulative bonuses to hp/mp/pain/arousal caps?)
Feel free to chip in here if you haven’t already: https://github.com/JasXSL/GoThongs/discussions/468
    • Endgame Enchants: Enchants that maybe combine multiple bonuses on one gem (haste and swim speed?) Maybe add these as rare drops from defender forge dailies?
Definitely make a feature request here: https://github.com/JasXSL/GoThongs/discussions/categories/feature-requests
    • Updated Documentation or visible vanilla code for classes, abilities, weapons and enchants to let modders see existing examples to learn from or mod into new versions.
Also a good idea. Put that up on the feature requests section!
    • Chastity and denial status effects for GoT.
You should put that as a feature request or consider finding someone to mod that in!
    • Bad ends.
Not something I’d see added officially, but highly moddable.
    • I’ve often thought it’d be neat if it was possible to set up a parcel or sim with GoThong mechanics and npcs and the like.
I think I heard someone working on that at one point in time. But I haven’t heard anything since. Might be worth asking around in the community?
    • I would like one more expansion for Gothong
For anyone interested, check out the tutorials on the wiki: https://gothongs.minti.cloud/Category:Tutorials
    • GoThongs — blacklist for animations/punishments
Sounds like a good feature, definitely a good candidate for a feature request.
    • Fix entering doors with larger avatars in GoThongs
Future content will likely respect this, like how many of the Phasmophilia map doorways don’t have physics for above the door.

    Fright

Leaving these here for Kulza to see as Fright suffers from not being open source or having a project feedback page.

    • Fixed modding tools and info, accessing rlv functions as a map maker requires reverse engineering because the documentation isn’t up to date and some functions simply aren’t listed (you can’t make new doors with the chain system, most new maps use workarounds but there’s little to no documentation.)
    • The ability to toggle preferred pounces / animations like in Woohoo.
    • Option to swap/pick pose in fright
    • Restrictive bindings (likely temporary since how the games are) for Fright (expanded upon like restraints that slow a player)
    • Fright- Fix Hunter Vision, running PBR and Hunter Vision is broken. It doesn’t turn the screen red and give night vision, it just doe nothing.
    • The ability to adjust gamma. Trying to play Fright or XMod is difficult due to the darkness being SO dark even the lights don’t help enough
    • Ability to mod Fright. Our own props, animations, changing animations (or their distribution).

    Phasmophilia

    • Most of the time I feel like I’m just playing Phasmophobia, especially when you “get caught”, not really much to do.
Pro-tip: After you get caught, your camera unlocks. Your team mates can still hear you on the radio (although garbled). So you can freely look around in the ghost house and assist your team!
    • Xmod representation! Need to get it out there since most JasX users don’t know it exists.
I will bork at the hooske to market it more.
    • Phasmophilia should have more player interactions with one another.
Vape the ghost. There’s multiple player on player ghost events, and vaping increases the chance of ghost events!

    Other

    • I can only recommend you go for the big idea and make a MMO. That is most likely not feasible however, but you know I’d love to see it.
I’ve always wanted to make one too, but I don’t think my skills are there yet.

Most other requests were along the lines of “just add more content”, which is totally fair!

For reference. Here’s a list of good sites for various projects:

GoThongs Wiki – Documents all things GoThongs

GoThongs GitHub – Holds all the code, bug-, and feature requests.

FetishQuest Wiki – Documents all things FetishQuest.

FetishQuest GitGud – Holds the code, bug-, and feature requests.

xMod GitHub – Has a wiki, bug reports, and feature requests.

Grouped outfits lets you have multiple outfits per avatar, and vastly extends the amount of JasX outfits you can have.

You can see a tutorial on how to use it here:

    Gaming preferences:

Gotta remember to add non-humanoid next year.

This one is here because Felix wanted to ask the community.

After 3 years of bugging me, you finally got your question, bunner.

Still working on this. Got new boards coming in next week. I hope this revision of the microhub doesn’t have any glaring problem so we can ship a few out.

    I like the Arch comment.

This post is getting pretty long. So let’s continue in the next section!

  • JasX Asset Packs Update

With the release of Phasmophilia, it’s about time for the free mesh packs to receive an update. Here are the changes:

    That is all.

  • Phasmophilia Out Now

Just a heads up. If you’re looking to do some spooky ghost hunts or run lewd obstacle courses, the Phasmophilia update for xMod is out now and can be acquired at the Isle of Bork for the low low price of absolutely free.

    Get the HUD here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Isle%20of%20Bork/155/159/35

Also happy holidays etc! Keep an eye out in the weeks to come for the yearly survey!

  • Stop Killing Games, and JasX

With the Stop Killing Games movement gaining traction again, I thought I should make it more clear which games are considered purchases, and which are considered licenses. As such, I’ve added icons on the jasx.org store page that shows what you’re actually getting including if a game is:

    • X-rated.
    • Played inside of Second Life.
    • A live service game (you’re buying a license, not a game).
    • Open Source (Server).
    • Open Source (Client).

The main thing is if they’re considered a live service license, as in you’re paying for a license to use the game vs buying the game itself.

The list of JasX games that are live service licenses:

    • BARE
    • TiS (No longer sold, but I’m maintaining the server)
    • Woohoo
    • jFish
    • Fright

GoThongs is a bit special in that it relies on the JasX server to run. However the HUD is open source (other than the bridge package script), but the header file for the bridge is open source, meaning anyone with a bit of time on their hands could build their own GoThongs server, should something ever happen to mine. GoThongs is also entirely free.

FetishQuest is free, fully open source, and can be entirely self hosted.

That said, I don’t have any plans of going full “The Crew” on any JasX services anytime soon. The server requirements are very light, and self-hosting means the hosting cost is nearly free. This blogpost was mainly a bit of introspection since it hit me while signing the EU petition for Stop Killing Games that I’ve made live service games too.

I likely won’t make more live service games in the future, because I hate the format. I can think of many live service games that would be more fun if they weren’t, since the format doesn’t lend itself to modding.

And I want y’all to mod my games, which is why I’ve been doing exclusively open source for the past 10 years. Now go make some mods, I want to play something lewd where I don’t know the outcome beforehand!

  • FetishQuest Build b326 – Jiggles

I’ve pushed the Dev branch to stable once more! This is a smaller update compared to previous ones. But it comes with a lot of nice stuff:

    Content

    • Added a new mod that adds 4 followers to Yuug along with a short quest for each one. Note that this mod is best in single-player, but I didn’t add any restrictions on player numbers. Download it from the mods tab!
    • New quest that starts in the Borm tavern kitchen, and fleshes out Borm a bit more.
    • Added talents. Not used in the main game, but can be used for slottable passives in mods.
    • New system: Runeforging, can be done at a blacksmith. Requires new reagents which can be found throughout the land.
    • New soundtracks.
    • Added jiggle physics.
    • Replaced the player templates in the main game to support character expressions and jiggle physics.
    • Generated images for most of the characters you encounter.
    • Removed the old Character Editor. Use the dev tools to create a character mod instead, since characters have so many more features than the old editor supports. You can use the template character and replace its art layers if you want quick n dirty character art in your game, then use the DM tools to edit your character.
    • New meshes.
    • Player characters now start with an extra ability based on their role. Other players can get these abilities at trainer.
    • Removed the old characters that didn’t have art layers.
    • Added VibHub support (still working on it, next revision, I swear!)
    • Fights with more than 2 teams shows a horizontal bar between players separated by team.
    • Physical damage now has a chance of adding block to the caster, instead of doing extra damage.
    • Defeated player portraits are now smaller.
    • Improved mini map with tooltips and showing services.
    • Mobs are now forced to attack at 9 or more momentum, down from 13.
    • Cast-time actions that can’t be interrupted now display a grey border.

    Dev Tools

    • New feature: Wrapper mods. Lets you reuse base wrappers in actions but modify stuff such as stacks, duration, target etc.
    • Wrappers can now stack on time instead of stacks.
    • Going forward, most art should be 6:10 aspect ratio.
    • The help button now takes you to a relevant wiki page, describing the asset type in more detail.
    • Wrapper type GameActions can n ow be used to remove wrappers.
    • Added a way for RPs to set tags on players, mainly used for facial expressions.
    • setDvar math function can now accept an empty dungeon label to target the active dungeon.
    • Merged the game-icons.net icon library (27th march).
    • New condition: actionInterruptable
    • New game event: hpDamageDone
    • Added option to not proxy images on players, allowing for faster load times if the resource has correct CORS headers (such as the JasX CDN), or if you want to use local images (still requires SSL though).
    • New story setting: no_soft_start. Disables the enemy difficulty reduction at low levels.
    • Re-added the @ system to let you use non-player-specific dungeon vars in texts.
    • Added background overrides for advanced art layers on layer -1.
    • Added automatic build dates to mods.
    • Added math var for nr damaging attacks received since battle start.
    • Added regex support for tags when using the fast facial expressions feature in advanced art layers.
    • Added an “Add generic humanoid tags” button to players to automatically add common tags.
    • Added a bunch of functions to math scripts.
    • New condition: actionRipostable
    • New effect: turnStartRerolls, modify how many rerolls you get on turn start.
    • New condition: tagNumber, checks nr of times a player has a tag.
    • Added a playerTemplate modifier to modify player template settings in an encounter.
    • Encounters can now use a setting for templates_exact to use the exact specified player templates.
    • Added completion_game_actions to quest objectives. These are run when the objective is completed.
    • Player templates now support teams.
    • New condition: questNrObjectivesCompleted
    • Added feature to set y position offsets in portraits.

    Bug Fixes

    • Fixed a bunch of issues related to procedural dungeons.
    • Fixed multiple random encounter stuckages.
    • Fixed an issue where CSS effects may shown on the wrong target.
    • Fixed an issue preventing saving mod settings in devtools.
    • Added a potential fix for stuckage caused by FPS meter.
    • Fixed multiple issues with modding existing roleplays.
    • Fixed multiple issues with incorrect dungeon var loading.
    • Invisible players should no longer have 3d markers.
    • Fixed armor dye system.
    • Fixed an issue causing tooltips to break.
    • Fixed an issue causing looted item links to break.
    • Fixed a bunch of bot code.
    • Fixed texts not triggering correctly for effects that are both passive and active.
    • Fixed stack sizes showing twice in shops.
    • Fixed an issue where enemies wouldn’t use detrimental actions with a smart heal component.
    • Momentum-leeching effects now actually work.
    • Fixed a couple of issues with quest completion game actions.
    • Removed the out of combat player chat reaction limitation. NPCs can now chat at any time while not in a roleplay.

  • How to Group Outfits in the JasX HUD

In this episode, the tutorial tiger gets a hoodie!

Grouped outfits will exponentially increase the amount of outfits you can have, and lets you share avatar components between outfits.

  • JasX CDN for your FQ/mod files!

As requested on the survey, we’ve added a place for users to upload files for FQ, GoThongs mods, or other things.

Some quick warnings before you begin:

    • Don’t upload illegal content (obviously).
    • Hotlinking is allowed (within reason).
    • We reserve the right to take down any file for any reason.
    • Use the service at your own risk.
    • Only you can see your file list, but anyone with the file URL can see it.
    • Don’t use this for backups!
    • Don’t upload sensitive data.
    • For video sharing, consider using our video hosting site https://dangly.parts instead

You can access the CDN under the new dev top menu tab, and then “my files” or: https://jasx.org/#apps/cdn

    Features:

    • Each user gets 1000mBytes (for now).
    • You can drag and drop files to upload them simultaneously.
    • You can create directories and subdirectories.
    • You can drag and drop the icons within a directory onto other directories. Use .. for parent directory.
    • A permanent URL is unique to the file and generated on each file uploaded.
    • A relative URL is unique to the directory and file name. You can move the directory, but if you delete the directory, the path is lost forever, and you’ll have to update any links that used the relative URL. Make sure that all file names within a directory are unique when using relative URLs.

    Enjoy!

  • JasX HUD RC 0.7.0

    Year in review

    JasX/sTag

We introduced a standard of character tagging in SL called sTag. Since you can now scan avatar attachments in SL, you can use attachment descriptions to set metadata. Such as breast size, muscle tone, species, clothing, and more. The JasX HUD will soon be polling this information automatically from you whenever you switch avatar, automatically setting your preferences.

The main benefit of having this system is that it doesn’t need you to add any scripts to your avatar, you can just edit description. The system is mainly used in GoThongs at the moment, to have NPCs give different flavor texts based on your appearance to them.

There will be more information about this as the standard gets fleshed out and incorporated into the JasX HUD.

    GoThongs

GoThongs 2.3.1 was released, adding weapon abilities and new PanRi content.

    BARE

A beta HUD was released, with a new UI and better performance thanks to linkset data.

    FetishQuest

Big Cat Quest, a roguelike mode was released, allowing devs to create standalone stories for FQ. In addition, additional character images have been added, new soundtracks, and an entirely new art system that supports different armor visuals and facial expressions.

    VibHub

Little development was done on VibHub last year. I take full responsibility for it, but I was also hit by some setbacks. Like when I ordered batteries (takes 4+ weeks to ship) and they sent me the wrong kind. And then when I made time for VibHub in autumn I ended up with long covid and got barely anything done for 2 months.

The good news is that when I finally got around to working on it, there were only a few rough edges to fix!

    DanglyTube

The site is going strong. We now have 23 followers that are mirroring our content, and have added one instance that we are mirroring ourselves.

We have 373 users and are serving 105 videos, with 23271 views.

    Plans for the 2025

    JasX

As you probably noticed, in February we moved the JasX server. Which means we now have a full dedicated server. We’re monitoring for errors caused by the upgrade, but please report any errors you encounter at discord (discord.jasx.org) or to Jasdac Stockholm in SL.

The old JasX news system has also been replaced by WordPress, and can be accessed at https://jasx.org/blog

Updates will be posted here instead of on Patreon, since this blog means we don’t have to censor adult content.

    Other tasks for 2025 are:

    • Make a new tutorial video that shows how to use grouped outfits in the JasX HUD.
    • Release a JasX HUD with official sTag integration.
    • Add a bug report link on the website that takes you to the project repo.

    sTag

    • Keep working on the spec.
    • Build a tag assistant tool.

    GoThongs

More content is planned for this year as usual, but no ETA or sneak previews yet. Keep an eye on the blog!

    VibHub

We now have a working prototype of the VibHub Micro (Note: Device in the picture is a prototype and subject to change)

    Some specs:

    • Num vibrator ports: 2, individually controllable
    • Dimensions: 77x45x19mm (3.03×1.78×0.75″)
    • Battery: Built in 1500mAh lithium with charger.
    • Open source/Open hardware

In addition, we’re planning on making a small adapter that lets you turn any vibrator (that can be direct driven with 5V/500mA) into a smart one by cutting the leads and screwing them to the adapter. I’m planning on buying a few common ones and making tutorials on danglytube.

More info will be posted in the blog as soon as we receive the next board revision!

    FetishQuest

Let’s start by discussing a bit about Big Cat Quest, since it’s my personal favorite piece of content this year. Since many are yet to try it, I’ll describe it first.

A major difference from the main game is that there’s a permanent game over if you are defeated. But each time you launch the game, the townsfolk you meet and dungeons, abilities and gear available to you are randomized. Enemies will also telegraph their attacks, giving players more room to think about how to handle their turn.

You can play it alone by controlling both characters, but it’s a lot more fun when you play with a friend, since the game mode has 2-player coop.

A new feature brought out with BCQ is the ability to do game-mode settings, for an instance changing the sex of the player characters and NPCs.

I’m glad that the reviews are generally favorable! Especially the music since I spent a lot of time making it. BCQ has around 100 minutes of original music (hand made, though a few use AI generated sound effects and pads). As a shameless plug, the full soundtrack can be downloaded on soundcloud. And just like the rest of FQ, is licensed Creative Commons BY.

In either case, planned features for this year:

    • Link the devtools with the wiki, and work on better documentation.
    • Investigate if I can do an image host so you don’t have to use third party.
    • Replace the template characters in the main game with reactive ones (you can try playing as Lynn the fox if you want to see reactive layers in actions). I’m targeting a male/female version of each affinity.
    • Add more music to the main game. Yuug port definitely needs a shanty-esque song.
    • After that, I’ll either work on a new separate story, or a quest for the main game. We’ll see, making 5 new reactive characters is going to take a TON of work. Even with AI.

    DanglyTube

We’ll keep the site updated, and I may investigate integrating it with a mail server to make it easier to sign up.

    BARE

    Release the beta.
